I-CAR has announced the availability of its new Academy Program for collision repair facilities, following a successful launch for schools earlier this year.
The program is the first industry-neutral, entry-level curriculum designed to educate and recognize early-career technicians across shops and schools.
I-CAR Academy offers collision repair fundamentals, hands-on training, and mentorship resources to ensure new technicians are well-prepared for the workforce. The curriculum also supports career progression, leading to I-CAR’s Professional Level certification and Platinum Technician recognition.
