XCharge North America has launched GridLink, a high-capacity EV charging station designed for the unique needs of the North American grid.
Unveiled on October 10, 2024, in Kyle, Texas, GridLink combines rapid charging with bidirectional battery integration, offering up to 300 kW of power. This allows electric vehicles to charge in as little as 15 minutes.
The system includes a scalable battery storage solution using lithium iron phosphate (LFP) technology, providing grid stabilization and energy cost management. Its design allows for flexible installations with minimal electrical upgrades. GridLink’s advanced safety features, including fire suppression and thermal event alarms, ensure secure operation.
