Christopher T. Lawson, founder of Technician Find, will present his “Technician Attraction Blueprint” live at AAPEX 2024 in Las Vegas on November 5.
The session, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at The Venetian Expo, will teach auto repair shop owners how to attract and retain top-tier automotive technicians. The system, developed over six years, has helped 145 shops nationwide build a consistent flow of qualified applicants despite local competition.
