Toyota is introducing the 2025 GR Corolla with an 8-speed GAZOO Racing Direct Automatic Transmission (DAT) alongside the 6-speed manual.
Enhancements include increased engine torque to 295 lb.-ft., launch control for powerful acceleration, and suspension tweaks for improved cornering.
The Premium Plus grade debuts with a forged carbon fiber roof and Head-Up Display. The GR Corolla is equipped with a turbocharged 1.6L 3-cylinder engine producing 300 horsepower, and a redesigned front bumper for better cooling and aerodynamics.
The starting MSRP is $38,860, with the model arriving in Toyota dealerships this fall. More here.
