Midas, a leading automotive services provider, has introduced a new brand platform, “Don’t Put Up With B.S.™” (Bad Service), to address widespread dissatisfaction in the auto care industry.
Despite the not-so-subtle pun on the term “B.S,” Midas points out that according to a survey of 2,000 North Americans, 50% have experienced poor service at auto repair shops.
Midas aims to improve customer experiences by promoting transparency and reducing pressure tactics.
The campaign, featuring ads on streaming services and social media, highlights common service issues with humor and a call for change. Midas also launched a training program for franchisees to ensure better customer interactions and pledged to maintain high service standards at their annual convention.
