OpenRoad, a new insurer for classic and modern collector vehicles, officially launches on July 15, 2024. The company promises superior coverage at competitive prices, addressing the recent spike in auto insurance costs.
OpenRoad’s specialized insurance program caters to the unique needs of collector vehicle owners, offering protections not found with standard auto insurers. By leveraging the lower accident rates typical of collector cars, OpenRoad aims to provide significant savings to its customers.
Initially available in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio, OpenRoad plans to expand to 12 additional states by fall and eventually offer nationwide coverage.
“Collector vehicle owners deserve better rates that reflect the care they give their cars,” said Justin Moreno, OpenRoad’s Chief Marketing Officer.
