Leadership Transition at Bosch North America Announced
Bosch has announced the retirement of Mike Mansuetti, president of Bosch in North America, effective October 1, 2024.
Mansuetti, who has been with the company for 36 years and led the North American division for the past 12 years, will transition to an advisory role on September 1, 2024. Paul Thomas, currently president of Bosch Mobility in the Americas, will assume the role of president of Bosch in North America on the same day.
During Mansuetti’s tenure, Bosch North America’s third-party sales surged by 55%, reaching $16.5 billion in 2023. He emphasized innovation, customer satisfaction, high-performance culture, and digital enablement.
Paul Thomas brings over 25 years of experience in mobility and will continue to lead the region towards sustained growth. An Executive Committee comprising key executives will support Thomas in his new role. Bosch registered a 6% increase in North American sales in 2023, underscoring the company’s robust regional investment efforts.
