Petra Automotive Products has introduced the Petra Advantage Rewards Program, aimed at increasing sales and service retention for dealerships across the U.S.
The program offers a white-labeled experience, allowing dealerships to create a compelling “Why Buy Here” message.
The Petra Advantage Rewards includes a dealer-branded app, a points program linked to the DMS, and marketing materials. Participating dealerships have reported retention rates between 72-83%. “Our Petra Advantage Rewards Program is designed to help dealers foster customer loyalty,” said Arnold Gacita, Founder and CEO of Petra Automotive Products.
The program sends vehicle service reminders, video emails, service coupons, and birthday greetings, while automatically assigning points that customers can use for service and sales discounts. Rewards programs have shown to achieve a 55% upsell rate and a 65-82% retention rate in the first year.
