ECD Auto Design (Nasdaq), known for its Land Rover and Jaguar restorations, has finalized the acquisition of select assets from Brand New Muscle Car, a leading builder of classic American muscle cars. The transaction, valued at $1.25 million in restricted stock of ECD, marks the company’s first acquisition since going public.
Scott Wallace, CEO of ECD Auto Design, expressed enthusiasm for expanding their portfolio to include custom Ford Mustangs and other classic muscle cars. Production, slated to commence in May at their Kissimmee, Florida facility, will introduce a third production line, with the first new product anticipated in August.
This strategic move aligns with ECD’s vision to tap into the lucrative classic car market, estimated at $15 billion, and reinforces its commitment to delivering unparalleled luxury and performance to automotive enthusiasts.
